Rapper DMX Apprehended in Mesa for Speeding

In recent news, Earl Simmons, more popularly known as rapper DMX, has been arrested again in the Valley (ABC15 08/25/2011). He was said to have been taken into custody at US 60 and Power Road for going on the radar at 102 miles/hr. Simmons’ license was suspended and revoked. He was arrested on and cited for criminal speeding, driving on a suspended license, and reckless driving. Back in 2007, Earl Simmons was indicted with felony charges, including drug possession–namely marijuana, weapons, and animal cruelty following a raid at his Cave Creek home. A SWAT team raided his home, seized a dozen distressed pit bull dogs, and dug up remains of three other dogs.
