San Tan Valley is far from Phoenix, but is an area where many car accidents take place. As Arizona rollover car accident lawyers, we were glad to know that rollover accidents in Arizona have declined from 311 incidents in 2008 to 229 in 2009, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) through their Fatality Analysis Reporting System (FARS) Encyclopedia.
On Monday, October 24, ABC15 reported a rollover crash on San Tan Valley Road when two vehicles collided head-on at Gary Road near Hunt Highway and caused the involved van to rollover and eject its driver. Two victims were injured and were airlifted to a Scottsdale hospital. The ejected male victim was in critical condition. It appears that the other victim, a female, admitted that she was intoxicated when the accident happened.
We hope that both victims will recover quickly from all their injuries and want to remind everyone to never drink and drive.
