Arizona Car Accidents Could Decrease with New Intersection Technology

The Chandler car accident attorneys at The Breyer Law Offices, P.C. were happy to hear about new technology that could save drivers’ lives during car accidents. According to Fox 10, the new traffic intersection system could do a number of things, including snapping a picture of drivers who break the law in intersections, such as when they run a red light.

However, the most important aspect would be that the system would sense when a car is approaching a red light too fast to stop in time, indicating that the driver will probably run the red light. The system will then keep other drivers from proceeding into the intersection by waiting several seconds before giving them a green light. The system will also give tickets to drivers who speed, run red lights, and otherwise break the law.
