As Phoenix fatal car crash attorneys with years of experience handling fatal collisions, we were deeply saddened over the results of an accident reported May 16 by ABC 15 News. A vehicle was travelling westbound on I-10 near the exit for 40th Street at approximately 5:30 a.m. when it collided with another car on the road and rolled over near the median. The second vehicle was found on the opposite side of the freeway off the shoulder of the road.
Multiple emergency responders were called to the scene of the accident and authorities closed the section of the freeway surrounding the accident for several hours while police investigated, backing up morning traffic for miles. One of the drivers involved in the accident was killed in the impact. The status of the other involved driver is currently unknown and police have not reported the cause of the accident. We are thinking of the families affected by this collision and urge them to remain strong through this difficult time.
